if I'm being honest, I felt like I was searching for direction in my life for a long time. i needed somewhere to put all my creative energy and wanted to pursue a career that honored God first in every step. when a camera fell into my lap and I realized i could curate a business that combined both of those missing pieces in my life- i took the scariest first step in any journey and just went for  it. 

now i'm here. capturing and documenting all the most beautifully mundane moments in moms' lives throughout Des Moines, IA + further. my photography style combines all things nostalgic, candid, fun, with bits of editorial, moody, and dramatic- a little bit of everything!
